Instead of reading or listening to what all the talking heads were saying, I just read the memo.

Dear God....

I can see why the Democrats are scrambling and doing everything that they can to discredit it or frame it differently. The DNC & Clinton Campaign, along with their inside help, were/are trying anything and everything.

Head's should roll for this....

We cannot have separation of powers nor checks and balances, because they violate an elected OFFICES "rights." PEOPLE have rights AS people; elected officials acting in their capacity as elected officials have only authority and duties. People who publicly brag about their close ties to the Kremlin (as Page did in 2013) or call the Russian Ambassador to the US (as Flynn did in 2016) can expect legal US intelligence surveillance. None of that violates the Fourth Amendment, because the FBI received a court warrant by showing just cause, which is all the Fourth Amendment mandates, and that warrant was issued in 2013, YEARS before Trump was even a candidate, let alone hired Page.

This is one of those deals like when people reduce the American Revolution over tax CUTS by officials whom they were not allowed to elect (i.e. "taxation without representation") into a revolt against ALL tax, on any basis.

Regardless, insinuating any government official—much less the MOST POWERFUL government official—must be above the law to PREVENT government tyrannizing the public is truly Orwellian. Making the president an emperor for freedom is like fucking for virginity.
