It was definitely odd. Felt like fan-fiction. Everything seemed sort of 'off key' and hence it didn't feel like a 'Star Wars' movie. But on the up-side, it was an original take!

The theme seemed to be 'out with the old, in with the new', and it seemed like they were gently parodying the whole 'Star Wars' canon (leaned too far towards the light-hearted in the first half, taking the mickey out of the Star Wars universe and I can see how this could annoy some fans).

I was bored with the first half. But it did come alive in the second half and I thought it was fun. The 'Porg' were memorable creatures! There's an original creature done well!

Top marks for originally, but it just didn't quite work.
