That Moore gets elected, only to be expelled by the Senate for ethics violations. It's a possibility.
We can get a 2/3rds vote by the senate for something not in the constitution but we call it an ethics violation...
But we can't have a trial, a trial before the vote to even start whether there is a 2/3rd support to determine whether a sitting president is violating the emoluments clause (something I think it's obvious and should be rectified regardless of your opinion on Trump, something should be done and something is not nothing.) The emoluments clause one of the ethic clauses that was specifically written down in the constitutional text and not something like the Federalist papers, or some ink blot with the 9th and 10th amendment.
