Sidenote I am not sure you want to bring up what is the LEGAL definition of age of consent and what is force and what is not with Roy Moore in particular. I am referring to the 8-1 court case Roy Moore participated in as the 1 saying the prosecution who had a confession of the 17 year old who sexually abused a 4 year old at a daycare center did not show enough evidence that it was forced and whether 2 laws apply saying this is bad or just 1 law saying this is bad. Aka the 17 year old can only get his sentence (which he confessed) for only 1 law applied not 2, even though 8 of his colleagues disagreed.
What I am saying this is a rabbit hole you may not want to go into. Laws are imperfect instruments, and sometimes technicalities allow people to prey onto other people.
So there's a good chance my next Senator is into teenagers
