My first take was to call BS. Her friend saying she remembers being told his name from 1979 is very likely BS. Who remembers the name of person they never met for that long? I have trouble remembering the names of the people I actually knew in the late 70s and I am about the same the as the accuser. The timing of when she came out with is also highly suspect but I imagine some of the is the Washington Post, it is not clear when they knew and they are not above playing in politics if it advances the left.

If it was just her I would write it off but with the other girls coming forward I do give her story more credit. Even it was legal from him to date a 16 year when he was a successful lawyer in his 30s it does not reflect well on his character.
