Nobody should be telling or asking NBC to do anything that is against its own business needs.
Without presuming to know what you think, I suspect you don't actually think nobody should be telling or asking corporations to do things that are against their own business needs. Even the most hyper-libertarian laissez-faire activist (I'm not accusing you of being such ) would agree that everyone has the right to petition and organize and boycott corporations in order to get them to change their behaviors.
Supporting boycotting an organization for allowing someone's views to be heard? Sorry, I find that frightening. Of course they have the right to boycott, but to boycott based on allowing someone to speak? No. Never. I will listen to my enemies. I will hear what they have to say. And I will support the kind of organization that lets their voice be heard. I will not support those who would seek to silence their ideological enemies through boycotts and intimidation.
