Other Information
I am from a small town south of Knoxville, TN. I graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in history, political science, and English. I am currently a student at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, working on a Master of Divinity in Theology. My faith is very important to me and shapes my entire being. I enjoy helping others and making a difference in people's lives.
My hobbies include reading, writing, walking, playing piano, football, fishing, watching good movies, and hanging out with friends. I am very outgoing and enjoy theology, history, and the art of storytelling.
Favorite books: the Bible (yes, the inerrant and infallible Word of God); The Wheel of Time - my favorite story; anything Stephen King has written - he is my favorite author; the Harry Potter series; The Chronicles of Narnia; Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series; Lord of the Rings; good theology books; several classics; good biographies, especially on American Presidents and the Founding Fathers. I have way too more to mention and could go on and on...
Favorite music: Golden Oldies from the 50s-70s; country music; classical (orchastral and organ); old hymns and some contemporary Christian.
Favorite movies/TV: I am an unashamed Star Trek fan - I own all 727 episodes/movies - but I am not obsesive, so no I can't tell you random facts. I love LOST. I also like Smallville; Buffy/Angel; Firefly/Serenity; 7th Heaven; Lord of the Rings; Star Wars - I love it as much as Star Trek, so the "battle of Star series" irritates me; and James Bond.
I'm sure there are other things I could say. If you want to know just ask.
