It is far too stripped down, and doesn't feel as satisfying to spec out your characters. The so-called choices for 'evolving' your powers are equally pathetic. And as much as the Mako was annoying, I also really enjoyed the exploration aspect when traversing across really some truly alien worlds. Most were generic, but some of them had gorgeous skies to look up into. I didn't get to experience that very much in ME2, and I missed it.

Those are my only real complaints with the game however. Love it completely. Put ME1 and ME2 together and you have my favourite games in quite a long time. I've played through the first game 5 times. On my second round of ME2 right now. Insanity.

Lastly, apparently everyone else does the Male/Paragon route first, and then Female/Renegade option as well? Interesting trend.
