I agree that they should make it less obvious which options lead to which result. Although, since only a short sentence is usually the hint for a much larger reply it would be sometimes hard to decipher which reaction hides behind it, if it wasn't for the position.


So what if it's hard to tell? make us actually roleplay!


The problem with that is merely that the sentence fragments to choose from don't always tell us everything about the long reply Shepherd would be giving. Otherwise I'd agree.


I like the Dragon Age system, where they give us exactly what you're saying, and scramble up the choices (i.e. make the morality clear through words, not position), but I prefer hearing my character say it, as in Mass Effect. Agghh..
