Most of the stuff locked away in chests is crap by the time you find them, and quite frankly, having to get behind enemies to land a backstab can be more of a nightmare then it's worth.

They should have enabled a 'flanking' tactic in the console version, because I have no idea why the rogues in your group don't try to hang back and backstab whenever possible.


Also, the chest thing... totally. I think the most useful thing I've gotten out of a locked chest so far was an Injury Kit.


Rogues can do a ton of damage, but they almost require more micromanagement than a mage.
