A quick search on craigslist will land you a raft of modders who will do your console for about 20 bucks. Generally takes about an hour. Chips aren't used as often with the 360, actually. The most common mod is to flash the firmware of the DVD drive, which really is not that difficult at all. I haven't done it, but I looked into it a while back. Find a guide, buy a cable, run two or three automated programs. That's about all there is to it. Not that I'm encouraging it, of course.
Has anyone gotten their 360 banned?

I'm not sure I even know how I could get myself banned. *NM*

I know. I read all about it back when it happened. I was cool with it.

Most people don't do it themselves.
