You don't know much about game development if you still blame Obsidian lord-of-shadow Send a noteboard - 11/11/2009 09:07:57 PM
...after Wert's information. Their development time was cut severely short. Guess what happens towards the end of development? Bug-fixing. Sure, it happens on a continual basis from the alpha stage onwards, but the mass polish work that makes a bug-free game occurs during the beta stage - the final stage of development, which Obsidian was forced to rush through at a break-neck pace.

Blaming Obsidian is simply wrong, plain and simple, and to claim otherwise betrays an ignorance of the process.

Unless you have access to further information, of course, in which case I'd love to hear it.
