Sony and Microsoft amongst others in the games industry have been talking alot lately on the prospect of getting rid of physical media for selling games and movies.
But Nintendo offers another view (link below)
What do you people think? Would you prefer to keep buying your games on disc complete with box and manual or would you like the industry to switch to digital distribution as quick as possible?
Digital distribution would kill second hand game sales, a major revenue stream for game retail stores.
Me myself prefer physical media because just like with books I like to be able to look at my games boxart and be able to pick it out from the shelf just like I do with books.

I feel like both should exist, like CDs, Magazines, etc. Digital will never 100% trump tangibility. *NM*
