I used Recount (not really for myself, I was a healer on one character and a tank on another, but I liked to look through the group's stats afterward), Bartender, and AuctionLite for my bank characters. I picked up AtlasLoot just before I quit, it seemed handy. Oh yeah, and I also used CTMod simply for the raid frames.
I was told a few times that I should get Healbot, but I always liked healing the way I was used to, which is to say the default way. However, I did use Decursive. Anyone who can remove status effects and plays in a group should have that. Trying to pinpoint who has what and then find your button to erase it takes way too long without Decursive.
