Started this game on Sunday on the xbox, but didn't have much time yet, so I thought I'd ask for general tips and advice, dos and don'ts before I get too far.
For example, I am wondering if the random side missions innkeepers give me take my (low) level into account, or if I get my ass kicked very badly if I pursue them too early. Right now I am tempted to stick to the storyline for now, until I get better. Thoughts?

Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul is the biggest one I use, plus hi-res textures & a few smaller tweaks. *NM*
