When GTA IV is the highest scored game of all time. Sure it's a great game but how many people have you heard BITCHING about going on dates or bowling with your cousin. To me, the game wasn't even that fun. I enjoyed the main mission well enough but it didn't have me hooked nearly as much as Vice City. Every game will have their flaws but I've heard people praise other games much more than GTA IV

I'd say that too. There have been...no games that I've seen deserving of a 98.
