It'll be interesting to see where they go with it, though from what I have heard, the reboot only really shares a name with the original material. Kinda makes me wonder how the marketing session went.

"So what do you have?"

"An Uncharted style adventure game, but with a female protagonist! It'll be great!"

"Meh, it's hard to sell new female protagonists. I know, let's get the Tomb Raider license!"

"But... she doesn't have Lara's physique..."

"It's a reboot!"

Of course, maybe I'm just being cynical today. Hope it turns out well, though. It'd be nice if video games could get more female protagonists to actually work, and if even Lara Croft can be redeemed, anything is possible, right?
