Yeah I agree with that. It had all the right parts, but the cohesive whole just didn't do it for me at all. It didn't feel like Final Fantasy. Maybe it was the characters? I can't remember caring about any of them overmuch. Anyway it was a good game and I enjoyed it, but it never struck an emotional chord with me like most of the other FF titles did.
So...PS4 anybody?
