My only complaint would have to be that I didn't get the same Free world feeling I got from part 3. NV kinda forced me to avoid regions early in the game, but maybe that's not as much the case as I think, I'll find out in a replay one day.
I also played F3 with all add-ons already attached so it felt like a super long game, which is also always a big plus in my book.
