I finally seem to have gotten a handle on gameplay; Duke Guilleme VII of Aquitaine has taken over half of Toulous and earned 1250 Prestige in the doing! His heirs shall yet reconstruct the Roman Empire! Playing on "very easy" difficulty, of course. ;)

until it crashed on me and I realized that I hadn't saved in a number of hours and there was no autosave. So I switched back to Baldur's Gate for a while.
