Use the Minecraft Wiki, linked below. Redstone circuitry is the most complicated aspect of Minecraft, so it will take some time to master.

The long and short of it is yes, you can do anything with redstone (that is to say, it's turing-complete in the abstract), but it may take up significantly more time and effort than you expected.


I am using the repeater circuit I found on there. Here is the problem. I connect the redstone torches to the circuit in a row(one space apart, if they touch, the circuits stay activated and no blinking). Four for example.
the first two blink on 1 and 3, the second two blink on 2 and 4. I want them all to blink at once and cant figure that part out.
