I'm not overly fond of policies. I like the concept but some are utterly useless late in the game and it felt like cheating thaqt I was able to influence city states financialy to the extent i did. Still it was a very enjoyable game and i'll certainly play some more scenarios.

I personally hated it for I loved civ4, it just moves so slow, and you feel no reward for building
