I used to play video games, but then I took an arrow in the knee. *NM*

This isn't so much of a review but more just my thoughts on the game.
After putting probably ~50 hours into Skyrim, I decided to pick up SR:3 for a second go. And I have to say, what the hell was I thinking spending all that time in Skyrim??? It's good but it simply doesn't match the FUN I was having in Saints Row. It's honestly the first game in a while I couldn't stop playing simply because i was enjoying myself way too much. I wouldn't be surprised if it won game of the year. And it's freaking HILARIOUS! Whoever the writers an voice actors were did such a magnificent job because I found myself having to pause the game because I laughing too hard and it was distracting me from the cutscene/conversation.
Every mission features something new. Nothing felt the least bit repetitive and I've already logged what must have been at least 20 hours. Finding a game that doesn't feel at least a little repetitive after 20 hours is damn rare. my only complaint is that it's so short. I'm 84% done right now and it's making me very, very sad because I just want to keep playing these missions. This might be the first game since Fallout 3 where I'll actually buy DLC. After I finish single player, there's still co-op fun to be had, multiplayer, and whored mode (similar to horde mode but absolutely ridiculous). I can let you know I'll be playing this for many, many more hours. The single player kicks the shit out of the first two installments for sure but I can't comment on the other modes yet.
I have to urge you all to drop every game you're playing right now, including Skyrim, MW3, and Battlefield, and go pick up SR:3. It's worth it.
10/10, game of the year, hands down.

Eschew Verbosity
I have to say: Saints Row: The Third is probably the best game nobody is playing.

Well, the most important part is "10/10, game of the year, hands down." anyway.

I've heard good things, but I think it might be trying too hard to shock me into laughter.
