There are a few interesting killstreak variants, and instead of Zombies there's a "Survivor" mode where you fight off soldiers (but has similar mechanics to Zombies), but those are really the only changes.
Oh, and sniper rifles are a little more useful- there's often a lot of smoke and debris in the air, and a sniper scope is handy for hitting your target through all that.
