I still contend Uncharted 2 is the most fun I've ever had playing a video game. That being said you should finish the first game before playing it to fully appreciate the characters/story.
Also Little Big Planet is a lot of fun.
God of War series is awesome.
Ratchet and Clank series is quality.
Metal Gear Solid 4 (if you've played the series this is a must).
Both Ico, and Shadow of the Colossus just got re-released in HD on one disk. Great games!
