A game where you play as a sentient pilchard tasked with taking down the canned fish industry - Edit 1

With lots of wacky sidekicks including a 'Nam veteran style salmon and a magical squid. It would be in the style of an action-adventure/platformer a lá Ratchet & Clank or Spyro.
Note, I perfectly understand such a game would be terrible but we wants it.
NB: I may have randomly come up with that idea just for the hell of it, and have no will to see it made.
