School me on some WoW.
I am new to this WoW thing but not online gaming (first mmorpg was CoH), so I understand the roles a little. I made my first toon this past weekend. A lvl 11 Night Elf Hunter. What is focus? I picked up Cooking and First Aid as secondary skills. I guess I get one more, and two main skills.
I am a leisure player. So maybe 2 to 3 hrs every other night, I'll play. I want to eventually get into PvP, do raids, and all that cool stuff that people stay up late for.
Is the game hard on newbies, or are there some groups/guilds that take it in stride?
Is there a Rafonaut guild?
It seems like there are a few players here.

What I don't get about picking up WoW is the cost of expansions.

Doesn't it restrict your interactions with other players?
