I wouldn't be surprised if people could play WoW on some netbooks, to be honest.
The framerate limit is a good idea; I know in SC2 there were issues where the computer was rendering things many more times than it had to, leading to heating issues. But Blizzard patched that, and I really doubt they'd let something like that slide in WoW.
Hm... now I'm wondering if WoW could run on an iPad (I know you can use one as a glorified remote control for your computer and play WoW that way).
