Whoever the writer wants.
Alfred Pennyworth can defeat Superman.
Aunt May can defeat the Hulk.
Carrot Top can defeat Predator.
So long as the writer can conceive of a scenario in which a victor is plausible and takes it upon himself to write out that scenario for others to read... people will buy it. Just ask any dumbass Batman fan who's read Dark Knight Returns if Batman can defeat Superman.
