This game will either destroy your other hobbies and probably mess up your personal life (at which point is significant enough an event to which your future self can travel back in time and stop you from learning) OR you will stop now, get some cards, keep them, trust in the laws of appreciating magic cards value (I still keep my type 1, revised edition (3rd) black red, hypno-ball lightning deck)

This game is exponentially addictive the more friends you discover who is currently playing OR retired (which upon learning you are discovering the game, will break out their old decks and find out how much they've missed the game) planeswalkers.
