I've been in that situation a while. I do enjoy playing also but don't own a deck. It's alright cause usually when you play with other people, they can just give you a deck. I wouldn't worry about buying a deck. It's a good way to waste some time but you probably won't strongly feel the urge to buy a deck unless you really do want to.
