Most of my games are ones that can be played with others. - Edit 1

And mostly first-party ones, too. I recommend the Metroid Prime Trilogy, either of the SMB Galaxies, Zelda, etc. The new NBA Jam is kinda fun with others, but I wouldn't pay full price for it. I'm not a huge fan of shooters on the Wii, though I think I'd prefer the Wiimote/chuck control over the usual console analog stick setup. The Lego games are fun with other people, too. Okami and Muramasa: Demon Blade look worth getting, with one being Zelda-esque and the other a beautiful side-scrolling action game. My general rule for Wii games is to get 'em on sale, though.
There are some great WiiWare titles amidst the shovelware, such as Cave Story, Fluidity and Dr. Mario Online Rx. (think Dr. Mario that uses the Wiimote) I actually prefer World of Goo on the Wii over any other system, so get that if you haven't played it yet.
