As for running... The 6600 isn't a very fast card. Even with the Intel integrated chip being suspect, I think you'll be able to run at lowest detail. The CPU may or may not be an issue, too, but I'm guessing you can play it. At $40, it's not a big loss for a game you'll eventually play. Right?
The sword might be grateful to the forge fire, but never fond of it.

It's not the cutscenes that require the graphical power; it's the 3D graphics.
