I think the most boring part of DA
was how obvious they made their desire to have every character class fit into a pre-determined role. I'm not asking to be a Spartan warrior one moment, a juggernaut in platemail (the Mountain That Rides) in another and then finally a mystic channeling the elements to pull apart the threads of reality, but I would like more control over my characters background. Why not have a mage from a noble background who became a apostate in the Wilds?
Origins was a great game, don't get me wrong, but I'm hoping that they are able to make Part 2 seem like more than a rehash of "Lord of the Rings".
