I don't think it's quite the same, as racing games don't have the same sort of constant player interaction that MMOs do. There's just not as much opportunity for trolling / griefing, and it tends to attract an older crowd too. Still, it's an example of a gaming website that has been enforcing a real names policy, and getting away with it just fine. What kind of lawsuits do you think might result?
