After a pretty good start, there was a phase where I felt a bit left alone and wasn't sure what do to. Was my own fault, though, because I forgot to simply visit one of the capital letter characters for a new mission. But it was still good to see that the huge world and random encounters kept me entertained even in such a case.
It's also great that they didn't dub it, but kept the speakers with subtitles. I wished I had that option more often in games with good voice acting (Mass Effect).

My one complaint would have to be the saving. Sometimes I died and it beamed me back to my last camp fire (instead of the last bed I slept in), but the things I had done shortly before dying (challenges for example) happened already. As far as realism and continuity is concerned, that's rather weak. They should just let you save wherever, whenever. Thank God the autosaves during missions are rather fair. Also: When starting the game it does not load my most recent save but the one with the "earliest daytime". That is confusing and doesn't make sense and forces me to go through all my saved list.

But overall I am having a lot of fun so far, and I haven't even tried everything yet. Agree with all your other points
