Proto-hide leggings are too damned expensive for me, unfortunetely.

Yes, they are expensive. But if you come into a big amount of money, they are something to consider. However, looking at your armory, it appears that you are trying to go for a bear spec, and as such I would strongly suggest buying the Signet of Winter off the AH, as your rings are a little lacking (yes, it's expensive, but very much worth it). That, and run Drak'Tharon Keep as much as you can get your friends together, as the ring off the last boss is awesome.

What do you use the feral spec for? Bear, Cat, PvP, or a mixture of some of those? I ask because you have talents and glyphs for all those roles, but even splitting yourself between two roles makes you subpar. Not that it is horrible, but you won't be the best as what you can be, which can be a big deal if your whole guild is undergeared and needs to squeeze as much out of people as possible.

In any case, since it looks like a bear/cat hybrid, I'll give a couple suggestions on that. Like I said, it won't be optimal, but since you have resto as your other spec, feral/feral dual spec is not an option for you.

Resto Tree
Move 2 points out of Furur and into Improved Mark of the Wild. The 2% bonus to stats only applies to your toon, not to when you cast the spell, so having another druid with the IMotW will not benefit you as much as having it yourself.

Feral Tree
Remove 2 points from Brutal Impact. If you don't PvP at all, you will experience zero loss in Cat/Bear, as you shouldn't be prowling in raids for pounce, and even on a 30 sec cooldown, you will never (or should never) be given the role of handling interrupts in bear.

Remove 1 point from Primal Tenacity, as that is pretty much strictly a PvP talent.

Bring Primal Precision up to 2/2. That is ESSENTIAL for any non-hit capped nor expertise capped kitty (which you should never try to become), and it is very good for bear, as it reduces how much you are parried.

Put as many points as you have available into Infected Wounds. This is a must have for bear tanks on raid bosses, especially in 10 man raids. Your healers will love the fact that the boss now swings 20% slower, if you can get 3 talent points to put in there.

Finally, for a hybrid Cat/Bear, you need Shredding attacks for Cat. I would say take 3 points out of Improved Mangle and put them into maxing out Infected Wounds and getting Shredding attacks. You use Mangle in cat form a LOT less than shred, so it's an improvement, and not having the cooldown reduction on Mangle in bear makes your tanking rotation extremely easy. (Mangle, FFF, swipe, lacerate, repeat. Put them in any order, and after you have 5 stacks of lacerate on the boss, just repeat that order until the boss is dead. Throw in Demo roar when necessary, of course.)

Glyphs
Berserk is mostly good only for PvP, as you will be out of energy in cat by the time the normal duration ends, and so will gain little from it. In bear... You really just don't use berserk much in bear, and 15 seconds is more than enough for when you do.

Replace that glyph with Rip. It's identical to the 2T7 bonus, and stacks with it. Makes it a LOT easier to do the Kitty Dance (which is how I refer to our incredibly complex 'rotation'. Let me know if you want suggestions on that too. )

Of course, all the above is based on the Bear/Cat assumption, if you are strict bear or strict cat, check out my two feral specs.

Oh yeah, before I forget. Your next purchase with Emblems of Conquest should probably be the T8 helm. You will be able to get a meta gem (+2% armor value from items), and should definitely pick up the head enchant from the Argent Crusade Quartermaster (you are exalted, so you can pick that up now). Also, as you are honored with the Sons of Hodir, you can pick up the weaker shoulder enchant right now.

If you got any questions, on what else to do, or why you should do anything I've said so far, feel free to ask.
