Oh, I am being sensible. The wish to get home is really just a sham.

Enjoy Wome.
It is enjoyable. And warm.
I am sure you can find yourself a nice little café which serves both coffee and red wine.
I have found many. And ice cream. Lots of ice cream.
And, you know, you can stand in the middle of the road and yell at Tor, and nobody would think it out of the ordinary.
I don't want to yell at Tor.
and they have buildings.
So does Edinburgh
oh, and... well. Maybe a train to calais, crossing the channel, and then hitch-hiking to edinburgh?
Yes. At the moment it looks like we'll have to go via Geneve and then TGV to Paris and then Eurostar, and that will be some £1000. Which makes me think of the shitloads of good wine we could get for that.

If you can get to Amsterdam, there are ferries to Newcastle.

It's nothing to do with the card you pay with. Travel insurance is a freebie with the Advance A/c.
