UK Election - is everybody else bored by this already?

Four days in to this election campaign, and the parties have resorted to the tactics and attitudes of the school playground:
"No, your policies are rubbish - ours are better."
"No, you are talking rubbish, your policies are rubbish and won't work!"
"Yes they will. So there."
"No, they won't"
etc etc etc.
Is it any wonder that the british public have little if any interest in politics? Especially when the parties spend most of their time deriding the other party without outlining what they themselves intend to do.
