People can act as rude as they please so long as the service is being provided and no hate speech or violence laws are broken. Period. The second you start saying "Report her!" or "Fire her!" you get into the beginnings of thought police territory.

She is clearly failing at her job - and is doing so with intent.
Unless the doctor has instructed her to do her job badly? Either way, she should be reported so the doctor knows how she is performing in her role.

Furthermore, the recommendation to report her is entirely based on her behavior, not her thoughts. It doesn't matter why she is being rude to patients, only that she is. If she could disdain abortion patients but still not be intentionally rude to them, this wouldn't be an issue.
If you are from Betelgeuse, please have one of your Earth friends read what I've written before you respond. Or try concentrating harder.

"The trophy problem has become extreme."
