Yep, these are the things that do work for me. (At least I'm not gluten intolerant - I'd die.) My concern is just that I'm not really getting a balanced diet if I only eat those things.
But, if your system is not even processing veggies, then you really might be in a jam.
Carbs should be the easiest thing for your system to process. If you can't eat veggies and don't want to eat so much raw starch, see how fruit does you.
I think Brian is correct in that the fiber is the issue. The less fibrous fruits seem to work okay, but things like apples? No way.
but that being said, that doesn't mean eating what is biochemically easiest to process will help at all. It might be you're having some strange carb problem and it would be better for you to eat a lot of protein. I don't know.
Well, it helps in the sense that I get sick less often, but I dunno if it's the best diet. Maybe I just need to start taking vitamins religiously.
