Think of all the silly hoaxes of the Western world. The only reason they aren't debunked is because they mostly happened centuries ago.

*BTW, for anyone reading this (I know Tom already knows this) I have studied French, Spanish, Russian, and Afrikaans over the last 16 years as well as looked at the grammar rules and vocabulary of multiple other languages. I can promise you (the reader) that anything and everything I can utter in "tongues" resembles absolutely nothing of grammar specifically or language in general. It is all made up of a random combination of consonants and vowels.*
