It's probably a moot point anyway, since it turns out he knows next to nothing about science fiction, and I'm really only curious about indie dance music because he's interested in it. And worse, it must have been painfully obvious how socially clueless I am. But man, it was nice to really talk to someone again IRL. The hermit thing comes so naturally to me that I forgot what I was missing. Except that now I'm back in my hermity shell with all my neurons exploding and unable to sleep just because a cute guy who enjoys the BBC and psychology suddenly invited me for coffee. The bastard.
