*Question 1:
How does your head work when you read?
I tell the story to myself. I don't form images, I don't care for descriptions as they distract from the plot etc...
*Question 2:
Is it different when you read a text book?
Not really. I do try to force images at times though, because maths and physics are easier if you do have a clear image of what you are trying to do.
*Question 3:
Is it different when you read a boring book?
Nope. Just that the story doesn't progress very fast. I get distracted by other things.

Same, except I usually have sort of a slideshow of pictures in my head to go with the story *NM*
