Don't seel bad my boys haven't fared much better moving out on their own. My sons has been on his own for several years now and I still get those "Dad how do you" calls every month or so.

I think I was shocked how much work it was taking running my own house. All the cooking and cleaning and bill paying and shopping and ..... I also didn't realize how boring hamburger helper becomes if you eat it 4 times a week.

I did have help though, my first house came with my first wife I do miss that house. It was on the beach in North Carolina and I could eat breakfast on the patio and listen to the waves roll in.
