I said that sate has to show harm. All the statistics point to the fact that home school children do above average in most meaningful measures. I don't think the same can be true raising your kids to white squirmiest. I didn't follow that case closely so I can't speak to the details but I would say the tattoos cross the line enough to warrant state involvement. I wouldn't support taking kids away from parents simply because the parents are racist. The gain from that kind of thought crime action doesn’t outweigh the risk. Besides once you start that where do you draw the line? Do you take kids from Irish parents if they like Italians?
