Indeed, muslims who won't eat meat that is not dedicated to their god can now eat at those restaurants. On the other hand non-muslims who from religious reasons or on principle won't eat meat that is dedicated to some other god than their own or any god at all, can't eat there any more. This trade-off is probably profitable to the company, but I can understand why some people consider it discriminatory. Instead of deity neutral meat, these restaurants are now selling "islamic meat".
