I suggest string cheese, breakfast bars, grapes, cheese & crackers, apples, Dannon Yogurt drinks, and fruit snacks. None cause a huge mess and offer vitamins and such. Those are the snacks I usually send my daughter to pre-school with.


those baby carrot sticks. My kids LOVE them. (and they are about the only veggies they'll eat w/out a fight)
