Thanks. Fortunately I do have my card (my parents aren't that bad - it is kind of an important thing for me to have if I need to go to the ER, which has happened a couple times), and with mook's help I was able to register at their website and view the policy online. So that's a good start. My experience with doctor/therapist offices has been pretty good as well; they generally know what they're doing, but at the moment it's really useful for me to have an idea exactly what I might end up paying and to be prepared for it.
