super bowl ads should be funny and/or amazing, this one sounds like neither.
plus, i highly doubt cbs is going to agree to air a similar ad for the pro-choice side so they are de facto taking a side on the issue. although with cbs' history, i'm pretty sure they were in full agreement with the anti-abortion stance long before this particular ad was drawn up.
